I'm Not There

I watchd 3&1/2(half because 1, i cudnt bear sittin thru) fckin movies today. I kept "I'm Not There" for the last plainly because it didnt sound like it'd be a good movie. But twas a pleasant surprise when i learnt that the movie "I'm Not There" was SOMEWHAT a movie on Bob Dylan. Noticed i've capitalized the word somewhat? Yes, because i stress. Its not a movie on Dylan. But a movie about him?

He is not shown not in one shot, his name is not mentioned not even once, and yet he is omnipresent. Nostalgic carnival, black and white puzzle in wonderful color, subtle kaleidoscope of words and images, which is also a mystery - who, when and where?
Haynes' unconventional biography talking about the life of the legendary Bob Dylan is fascinating as it was all Bob Dylan songs, with the difference that the author is someone else.
Great movie about a great man!

FCKIN LOVED IT!

Definitely have a watch, and if u're not a fan or have not heard any of his works, this movie will most prolly help u with that. Along the movie you will be treated to some of his best(they're all simplehhh awesome btw) music and that might even inspire you to look him up and have u convert!

7 simple rules for life in hiding,
1. Never trust a cop in a rain coat
2. Beware of enthusiasm and of love, each is temporary and quick to sway
3. When asked if you care about the worlds problems, look deep into the eyes of he who asks, he will not ask you again.
4 & 5. Never give your real name, and if told to look at yourself, never look.
6. Never do or say anything that the person standing in front of you cannot understand.
7. Never create anything, it will be misinterpreted, it will chain you and follow you the rest of your life, it will never change.

-Bob Dylan.

Arthur Rimbaud(Ben Whishsaw)quotes it in the movie.
